Change / add a custom name
The custom name is the on displayed publicly on your profile (real name, pseudonym or project name). It helps to assert your identity, strengthen your visibility and better connect with your aaudience. Access your profile (from the mobile App)
- Open the Jumboo App
- Tap the Profile icon on the lower right of the screen
2 ways to change your custom name
Option 1 : From the Dashboard
- On your profile, tap Dashboard.
- Select Edit your profile.
- Tap your Custom name.
- Enter the new custom name you want displayed.
- Tap Confirm to save changes.
Option 2 : Via the “Magic wand” icon
- From your profile, tap the “Magic wand” icon.
- You access the Edit your profile page directly.
- Tap your Custom name.
- Enter the new custom name you wish to use.
- Tap Confirm to save the changes.
- Your new name will immediately be visible in your profile.
Tips
- Go for a name that truly represents you (complete name, pseudonym, surname…).
- Avoid long or hard‑to‑read names.
- The custom name is distinct from your user name (@). Both can be changed separately.
Your custom name is what others will see first. Make it a faithful reflection of your personality or mission.

How to change my custom name?
Two options :
1. From the Dashboard > Edit your profile

In both cases, select your Custom name, enter the new one, then Confirm.
