Report inapropriate behavior
On Jumboo anyone should be able to express themselves in complete freedom through a rescpectful and safe framework. Should you encouner a problematic behavior (harassment, hatred, spam, etc.), you can report it directly from the App. Your report is carefuly reviewed by our moderation team. Thak you for contributing to making Jumboo a safer place for everyone.

Report an account
You can report an account if their behavior goes against the rules of the platform or if you feel threatened. Your report is sent to our moderation team, which will soon review it.
How to report an account?
- Go to the profile you wish to report.
- Tap the (…) icon in the top right corner.
- Select “Report this account”.
- Pick a motive among those listed.
- Confirm the report.
Will the person know?
No. Your report is confidential. The reported account will not be privy to your identity.
🛡️ What happens next?
Our team reviews every report. If the account breaks the rules actions will be taken:
- Warning,
- Temporary suspension,
- Permanent ban in the worst cases.
