Log-in / Log-off

Log-in

To log in to Jumboo, enter your email address and password.

If you’ve activated Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you’ll receive a verification code by email to confirm your log-in. This extra step strengthens your account’s security by ensuring it’s really you.

⚠️ Security: If you’re logged out automatically, you’ll need to enter this code again each time you reconnect.

Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Enter your email address to receive a confirmation code.
2. Choose which address you want the code sent to (if you’ve added more than one).
3. Enter the confirmation code.
4. Create a new password.
5. Tap Remember password so you don’t have to re-enter your credentials each time (unless you log out manually).

You’ll be redirected to the login screen where you can enter your email address and new password to log in.

Log-off

To log out of Jumboo, tap your profile, go to the Dashboard, and select Log-off.
A confirmation window will appear to finalize your log-out.
