Main Email Address

This is the email address used as your login identifier on Jumboo (the one you provided during sign-up). Important: This address cannot be modified directly from this page. To update your main email, please go through the Two-Factor Authentication section.

Secondary Email Address

This email is used for two-factor authentication and helps strengthen your account’s security. Tap the displayed address to access the Two-Factor Authentication page where you can modify your secondary email.

Please note:

• The secondary email cannot be the same as the main email.
• When updating any email (main or secondary), a verification code will be sent to confirm the change.

Date of Birth

The date of birth you provided during registration is displayed here for reference. Note: This field cannot be changed once your account has been created.

Gender

You can choose from four options:

• Female
• Male
• Custom (you can specify a preferred gender)
• Prefer not to say

By clicking this field, you’ll be redirected to a dedicated page where you can select and confirm your gender.

Two-Factor Authentication

To enhance your account security, you can activate or manage two-factor authentication. A link provides access to advanced settings where you can:

• Add or update your secondary email for account recovery
• Enable or disable two-factor authentication
• Adjust additional login security settings

Delete My Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Jumboo account, a Delete Account button is available at the bottom of the page.

How does it work? When you click the button, a first pop-up will appear: “Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is irreversible.” You’ll be given two choices:

• Delete my account
• Cancel

If you confirm deletion, a second pop-up will appear for final confirmation with the same options. Warning: This action permanently erases all your data, content, and activity on Jumboo. It cannot be undone.
