Manage your access
Enable two-factor authentication.
Two-factor authentication (2FA), adds an extra security layer to your Jumboo account. By enabling it you better protect your personal data and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
From the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
Why enable two-factor authentication?
- Keeps your account safe even if your password is compromised.
- Confirms any important change (email, password, account deletion…).
- Provides a recovery solution via a secondary email address.
How to activate two-factor authentication?

Open your profile. Go to the Dashboard. Select Account center & settings. Tap on Two-factor authentication.
2. Add a secondary email address
If you haven’t done so yet:
- Tap on “Add secondary address”.
- Enter an email different from your main one.
- A verification code is sent to that address.
- Enter the code to validate the activation.
Important: You cannot use the same email address for both the primary and secondary fields.
3. Enable two-factor authentication
Once the secondary address is verified:
- Activate the “Enable two-factor authentication” switch.
- Protection is now in place
Status check
Once activated, the message “Two-factor authentication enabled” will appear on the page.
Both your email addresses (main and secondary) will display a green dot if they are verified.
Good to know
- You will now be able to choose between both addresses to receive verification codes.
- If you lose access to your main address, your secondary email will help you recover your account.
Email confirmation
Once activated:
- You will receive a confirmation email on your main address.
- A security summary will indicate that two-factor authentication is now active.
Take the time to enable two-factor authentication: it’s simple, fast, and can make all the difference if something goes wrong.
