Double authentication & main email adress

This section allows you to manage security for your account by enabling double authentication (2FA) and changing you main email adress. These settings are essential to protect access to your account and prevent piracy attempts.

From the mobile App: IOS & ANDROID

Activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication strengthens your account security by requiring an additional verification step when logging in or making sensitive changes (password, email, etc.).

Activation Steps:

  • Go to Account Center & Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Turn the ON toggle.
  • Choose your preferred method:
    • Authentication App (Google Authenticator, Authy…)
    • Security code via email (default option if no app is set)
  • Follow the instructions to complete the setup (a temporary code will be required).
  • Once enabled, a “2FA Active” badge appears in your security profile.

Main Email Address (Secure Modification)

Your main email address is used for:

  • Account recovery
  • Important notifications
  • Validating sensitive changes

It can only be changed if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled.

How to Change Your Main Email Address:

  • First, enable Two-Factor Authentication (see above).
  • Go to Account Center & Settings > Main Email Address.
  • Tap Change.
  • A verification code will be sent via:
    • Authentication app (if enabled),
    • or your current email address.
  • Enter the new email address.
  • Confirm by entering the code sent to your new email.
  • A confirmation message will be sent to both your old and new addresses for record purposes.

Without 2FA, Changes Are Not Allowed

If Two-Factor Authentication is not enabled:

  • The Email Address field will be grayed out and uneditable.
  • An information message will indicate that enabling 2FA is required for any modification.
