Secondary email adress (optional)
The secondary email adress adds an extra security layer to your account and guarantees recovery should you loose access to your main adress.
From the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
Enhanced Security: Manage Only with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Adding, editing, or deleting a secondary email address requires Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to be enabled.
➕ Add a Secondary Email
- Go to Account Center & Settings > Secondary Email Address.
- Click on Add an Address.
- Enter the desired email address.
- A verification code is sent to this address.
- Enter the code to confirm.
- Once validated, the address appears in your profile with the status “Verified”.
Edit Secondary Email
- Click the Edit icon next to the existing address.
- A 2FA code will be requested.
- Once authenticated, you can enter a new email address.
- Confirm using the code sent to the new address.
- A notification email will also be sent to the previous secondary address.
Delete Secondary Email
- Click the Delete icon next to the address.
- Enter your 2FA code.
- Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
- The address is immediately removed, and a notification email is sent.
Why Add a Secondary Email?
- To easily recover your account if you lose access to your primary email.
- To receive security alerts on two different addresses.
- To strengthen your identity verification and speed up moderation in case of dispute.
