Blocking and Moderation

1. Automatic blocking Some serious violations of Jumboo’s rules can be immediately detected by our internal systems. When this happens, actions are taken without delay:
   • Temporary or permanent account suspension
   • Immediate removal of the flagged content
   • Restricted access to certain features
   This process is fully automated to quickly reduce the risk of spreading harmful, fraudulent, or charter-violating content.
2. Human moderation At the same time, all user reports are manually reviewed by our trained moderation team. These moderators assess:
   • Complex or ambiguous situations
   • Contextual nuances (language, culture, sarcasm, etc.)
   • The severity of the reported behavior
   Thanks to this human review, we ensure that every decision aligns with our moderation guidelines while remaining fair and thoughtful.
