Block an account on Jumboo
You want to cut all communication with an account and wish to not see their posts or receive messages from them? Jumboo allows you to easely block a user from a report, a comment or your dashboard. Blocking is invisible and reversible at any time. Discover below all the different ways to manage your blocks from the App.
From the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
Block an account
You want to stop seeing a certain account or receiving interactions from them? Jumboo allows you to block them easily, in various ways:
From a report
You may decide to block an account after reporting:
- a post (photo, Mood or Kick),
- a comment,
- or the profile itself.
Once the report is complete, the option “Block this account” will appear. Tap it to add the account to your blocked list.
From a comment
- Long press on the comment.
- Select “Block this account” from the menu.
From your dashboard
- Go to your Account > Dashboard.
- Tap “Blocked accounts”.
- Tap the “+” button in the top right corner.
- Search the user via the search bar.
- Tap “Block” to add them to your list.
You can unblock them anytime from this same place.
From a blocked profile
Go directly to the profile of the blocked user and tap “Unblock”.
Good to know
If you’re subscribed to a blocked account, you’ll be automatically unsubscribed. If you unblock it later, you’ll need to subscribe again manually.
