Blocked accounts from your dashboard
To keep the experience pleasant on Jumboo, you can block accounts you don't want to see or hear anymore. In your dashboard you can find the list of all the accounts you have blocked. You can easely add another account thanks to the search bar, or unblock an account should youchange your mind. It is simple, quick, and in your complete control.

Why block an account?
Blocking an account allows you to stop seeing their posts, comments, or interactions. It’s an effective way to protect your experience on Jumboo and maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
How to access your blocked accounts list?
- From your Profile, tap the Dashboard icon.
- Select Blocked accounts.
- You will see the list of accounts you’ve blocked.
What can you do in this section?
- View the full list of accounts you’ve blocked.
- Add a new account to block by tapping the + icon in the top right corner. A search page will open so you can find and block the account.
- Unblock any account at any time by selecting the profile and tapping Unblock.
Good to know
When you block an account, you will no longer receive any interactions from them. If you were previously subscribed to the account, you will be automatically unsubscribed. If you unblock them later, you’ll need to subscribe again manually.
