To create a Business (professional) account on Jumboo, you must first have a creator account, whether private or public. The Business account is then linked to that creator account in order to access the advanced features reserved for organizations.

Steps to Create a Business Account

1. Open the Jumboo app and tap Sign Up.
2. Select the Business Account option.
3. Enter the username of your creator account (private or public).
4. Enter the confirmation code received by email and tap Confirm.

Linking the Creator Account to the Business Account

A page will appear with the message: Your creator account is now linked!
You can now start setting up your Business account. Follow the steps to complete the configuration and access the features reserved for organizations.
Tap Get Started to continue.

Business Account Setup

1. Add a professional email address that is different from the one used for your creator account.
2. Enter the verification code sent to this address and tap Confirm.
3. Create a secure password for your Business account.
   Tip: Tap “Remember Password” to avoid entering it each time you log in.
4. Choose a username for your Business account (e.g., your company name).
5. Provide the following information about your organization:
   – Type of organization (company, nonprofit, brand, etc.)
   – Industry sector
   – Location
6. Enter the first and last name of the contact person, and their LinkedIn profile if available.
