Change Your Main Email Address

1. Access the relevant tab

From your profile, open the Dashboard.
Go to Account center & settings.
Tap Two-factor authentication.

2. See your email addresses

Once in the Two-factor authentication tab, you will see two types of email addresses displayed:

• Main email address: Used as your Jumboo login identifier.
• Secondary email address: If added, it appears here and is used to strengthen your account security.

Next to each address, a status indicator is shown:

• 🟢 Green dot: The email is verified.
• 🔴 Red dot: The email is not yet verified.

3. Change the main email address

Tap your main email address to modify it.
A verification process starts immediately.

Depending on your settings:

• If two-factor authentication is enabled: You can choose which email (main or secondary) will receive the verification code.
• If it is not enabled: The code is automatically sent to the already verified email address.

Enter the verification code you received by email to confirm the change.
Once confirmed, your new address becomes your main login identifier.

4. Important: different addresses required

If you have a secondary email address, it must be different from your main address.

Main and secondary email addresses must be different.

Need to change the secondary address too?

The process is the same. From the Two-factor authentication page, tap the secondary email to modify or add a new one.
A confirmation code will be sent to you.

Confirmation by email

After any change, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at your new address to secure the process.

Changing your main email helps you keep full control over your account, especially during personal or professional transitions.
Remember to keep your information up to date!
