Change your user name (@)
Your username is your unique identifier on Jumboo. It allows other members to find you easely and mention you in their posts or comments. Need to change it? Be it to embody your new project, your personality or just to clean up ; it is simple and quick.
Form the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
Access your profile (from the mobile App)
- Open the Jumboo App
- Tap the Profile icon on the lower right of the screen
2 ways to change your username
Option 1 : From the Dashboard
- On your profile, tap Dashboard.
- Select Edit your profile.
- Tap your username (@).
- Enter your new user name.
- Tap Confirm on the lower right of the screen.
Option 2 : Via the “Magic wand” icon
- From your profile, tap the ” Magic wand ” icon.
- You access the Edit your profile page directly.
- Tap your username (@).
- Enter your new user name.
- Tap Confirm to save the changes.
- You will automatically be redirected to your profile with the new @ displayed.
Tips
- Pick a simple name, clear and recognizable.
- Avoid complicated special characters.
- Check for availability: one unique @ for each member.
Changing names is also asserting one’s identity on Jumboo. Use it well !!
