Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Access the “Your personal information” page
   From your dashboard, open the relevant section.
2. Tap the “Delete this account” button
   At the bottom of the page, you will find the Delete my account option.
3. Confirm your decision
   A confirmation window will appear with the following message:

   “Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is irreversible.”

   Please select one of the following:
   • Delete my account: confirms permanent deletion
   • Cancel: takes you back with no changes made

Things to Know Before Deleting Your Account

• Deletion is permanent: Jumboo does not retain any copy of your data once the process is completed.
• Your business account, along with all your posts, interactions, and contacts, will be deleted.
• This action does not automatically cancel subscriptions or third-party services linked to your organization.
• If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact our support before proceeding.
