Delete the profile picture
You want to revert to the default picture? You can delete your Jumboo profile picture at any time. Whether you wish to remain discreet, to rebrand or just to start anew, it is simple and quick.
Form the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
Access your profile (from the mobile App)
- Open the Jumboo App
- Tap the Profile icon on the lower right of the screen
3 ways to delete your picture
Option 1 : long press on your picture
- Keep your finger on your profile picture (or the default picture).
- A pop-up menu displays:
- Edit your profile
- Delete current picture
Option 2 : from the Dashboard
- On your profile, tap Dashboard.
- Tap Edit your profile.
- Tap your picture to see the following choices :
- Edit your profile
- Delete current picture
Option 3 : Via the “Magic wand” icon
- Tap the “Magic wand” icon from your profile.
- Acces the Edit your profile page.
- Tap Change your picture.
- Select Delete current picture.
- You will automaticlly be redirected to the previous page (Profile or Dashboard).

How do I delete my picture from the App?
Three options are available:
1. Long press on your profile picture
2. From the dashboard > Edit your profile.
3. By tapping the "Magic wand" icon from your profile.
In each case, your will find the option "Delete current picture".
What happens after having deleted a picture?
Once you have confirmed deletion, you will automatically be redirected to the previous page (Profile or Dashboard).
