Visit a business account

On Jumboo, business accounts represent committed companies, non-profits, or organizations. They showcase their actions, values, and positive impact on society and the environment. Visiting a business account lets you better understand their initiatives and interact with their content.

🔍 How to access a business account?

• From the Explorer tab: use the search bar by typing the custom name or the @username of the entity.
• From a post or comment of a business account: tap on the profile picture or the name.
• From a fullscreen Mood: tap the Mood icon at the bottom right, then click “Discover” to access the full profile.

📋 What you can see on a business account

• The profile picture, custom name, and description (bio) of the entity.
• The account type: Business, non-profit, or other.
• The visible statistics: number of followers, total likes, and number of posts.
• Post walls: photos, carousels, Moods (immersive videos), and Kicks (text posts).

⚙️ What you can do on a business account

• Subscribe or unsubscribe to follow their updates.
• Enable or disable notifications to not miss anything.
• Share the profile via link or apps.
• Interact with their posts: like, comment, reply to comments.

🚨 Security and moderation

• Report inappropriate content or behavior from a post, comment, or directly from the profile.
• Block an account if you no longer wish to see their posts or be contacted.

Certifications on Jumboo will be based on an ethical compliance verification, a rigorous audit combining transparency and real commitment from companies. Each certification will be validated and authenticated by a citizen member of the non-profit Jumboo For Good, ensuring the reliability and sincerity of the actions presented.
