On Jumboo each interaction counts. Following a creator or a brand allows you to receive their latest posts, but also support their commitments. However remaining in control of what you receive is essential. Enable or disable notifications according to your preferences for a custom experience.

🔔 Enable / disable notifications from an account
On Jumboo, following a creator does not mean receiving all of their notifications. To better manage your experience and receive only alerts that truly interest you, you can enable or disable notifications from every account you are following. This feature helps you stay informed in real time without being overwhelmed by too many messages.
⚙️ How to manage your notifications?
- Go to the profile of the creator whose notifications you want to change.
- Under the Subscribe or Unsubscribe button, you will find a notifications button or toggle, often represented by a bell 🔔 or a barred bell 🔕.
- Tap it to enable notifications (solid bell 🔔) or disable them (barred bell 🔕).
This way, you choose exactly which accounts can send you alerts when they post new content.
💡 Why manage your notifications?
- Stay up to date: By enabling notifications from your favorite creators, you won’t miss any new photos, videos, texts, or other posts.
- Personalize your experience: Some accounts you follow may post a lot, but you may not want an alert every time. Disabling their notifications helps keep your feed lighter.
