Moderation and reporting
Each report counts at Jumboo. We put everything in place to ensure a transparent and prompt follow-up on all users' reports. Once a content, comment or account has been reported, here is how it goes :

Report Handling Steps
- Immediate confirmation As soon as you report an item, a confirmation appears to let you know that your report has been received.
- Review by our team Your report is sent to our moderation team. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, it can be handled in just a few minutes or may require more in-depth review.
- Decision & action
After review, several actions may be taken:
- Removal of the reported content
- Blocking or suspension of the account
- Request for additional information (in rare cases)
- Result notification If you have enabled report-related notifications, you will be informed if any action has been taken. If no violation is found, you will also receive a notification—except in cases of silent internal verification to prevent misuse.
Privacy and Respect
The moderation process is entirely confidential. The reported person will never know who submitted the report.
