• We do not tolerate threats, glorification of violence, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Any content showing or promoting child exploitation, abuse, or sexual violence is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities (e.g., NCMEC, Point de Contact).
• We collaborate with organizations such as e-Enfance, Respect Zone, Common Sense Media, and NetSmartz to enhance user safety.

3. Integrity and authenticity

• Do not impersonate others or use fake profiles.
• Do not intentionally spread false information.
• Manipulated content aimed at misleading or defaming (e.g., deepfakes, montages) is prohibited.

4. Consent and privacy

• Never share personal or intimate information about others without their explicit consent.
• Doxxing (revealing private information to cause harm) is strictly forbidden.
• Respect privacy settings and each user’s limits.

5. Legal and ethical use

• Do not use Jumboo for illegal activities or to promote unlawful behavior.
• Content related to terrorism, trafficking, or other crimes will be removed and reported.
• We comply with international legal frameworks: GDPR, DSA, COPPA, CCPA, CDA §230, and others.

6. Creative and responsible expression

• Artistic and political expression is welcome as long as it respects other guidelines.
• Humor, satire, and criticism are protected but cannot be used as a pretext for hateful or violent messages.

7. Enforcement and appeals

• Content may be removed, restricted, or reported if it violates these rules.
• Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior.
• Users may appeal moderation decisions and request human review.

These guidelines are regularly reviewed with independent experts in ethics, digital rights, and user protection. We are committed to transparency and continuous improvement.
