Log off from the App
Logging off from Jumboo is simple and quick. It helps protect your account, for instance when you use a shared or public device.
From the mobile App : iOS & ANDROID
How to log off?
- From the app, tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Dashboard.
- Select Log off.
Log-off confirmation
To prevent any accidental disconnection, a confirmation message will appear:
Do you really wish to log off?
You can then choose between:
- Cancel to stay connected and keep using the app.
- Confirm to log off immediately.
What happens after log-off?
- You’ll be redirected to the login screen.
- All your data will remain safe and secure.
- You can log in again at any time using your username and password.
Regularly logging off is a good habit to protect your privacy, especially if you share your device with others.
