Accessing your notification settings

From your profile:

• Access your dashboard
• Tap on Account center & settings
• Go to the Notification settings section

Good to know before setting up

The “Everybody” setting works differently depending on your account type:

• Private account: “Everybody” = your followers + the accounts you follow.
• Public account: “Everybody” = your followers, the accounts you follow, and all other platform members (even those who don’t follow you).

Likes

Be notified when someone likes one of your posts.

Available options:

• No: no notifications for likes
• Only from profiles I follow
• Everybody

Likes & Comments on posts you’re tagged or mentioned in

Get alerts when someone interacts with a post (photo, video, or text) where you’ve been mentioned or tagged.

Notification types:

• @username commented on a post where you were tagged.
• @username liked a post where you were mentioned.

Available options:

• No
• Only from profiles I follow
• Everybody

Tags & Mentions in posts

Be notified when a photo or video where you’re tagged or mentioned in the caption is published.

Notification types:

• @username tagged you in a photo/video.
• @username mentioned you in a post caption.

Available options:

• No
• Only from profiles I follow
• Everybody

Comments

Be notified when someone comments on your post.

Notification types:

• @username commented on your post.
• @username replied to a comment on your post.

Available options:

• No
• Only from profiles I follow
• Everybody

Likes on your comments

Be notified when someone likes one of your comments.
This setting works the same for private and public accounts.

Available options:

• No
• Yes

Tip

You can change your preferences at any time.
Changes are applied instantly and will affect your next activity on the platform.

Pro tip: Turning off certain notifications can make your experience smoother, especially if you receive a lot of interactions.
