Report an account

Introduction If you come across an account that seems problematic or violates the Jumboo rules, you can easily report it so our moderation team can take action.

Access to the report feature

• Go to the profile of the account you want to report.
• Tap the three-dot icon at the top right.
• Select “Report this account” in the menu.

Choose a report category

Choose the reason that best matches your report from the options, such as:

• Fake account (identity theft, bots, spam)
• Harassment or bullying
• Inappropriate or hateful content
• Fraud or scam
• Other issue (with optional comment)

Report confirmation

You will see a confirmation message saying that Jumboo will review your report. Tap Confirm to send it.

After reporting

After sending, you can choose to block the reported account or simply close the window and continue browsing. Our team reviews every report carefully.

Report a comment

Introduction A comment may contain inappropriate or offensive content. Jumboo lets you easily report such content to ensure a respectful environment.

How to do it?

• Long press the comment you want to report.
• A menu will appear with two options: Report comment or Block account.

Reporting steps

• Select Report comment.
• Choose the category that best describes the issue (hate speech, spam, harassment, etc.).
• Confirm your report.

Confirmation and options

A message will let you know your report has been submitted. You can then block the comment author or continue browsing.

Report a post or video

Introduction If a post or video violates Jumboo’s rules or contains disturbing content, you can report it quickly.

How to proceed?

• Tap the three-dot icon “⋮” at the top right of the post or video.
• Select “Report post”.

Available categories

Choose from the following options:

• Inappropriate content (violence, hate, harassment, etc.)
• Fake news / Disinformation
• Spam or unwanted content
• Other reason

Confirmation

Confirm your report. A message will confirm that it has been successfully submitted.

Post-report options

You can choose to block the account linked to the post or simply continue browsing.
