Help, support and contact to reach Jumboo

This article introduces several ways to get help on Jumboo and explains how to contact our team should you ever face a problem or wish to report on a preoccupying situation.

🧭 To solve most problems, we recommend you use our Help Center. There you will find detailed answers on subjects connected to privacy, security, account management or the reporting of inappropriate content.

📨 If you need guidance or are facing a problem that requires an intervention from our team, you can contact us directly through email :

In some cases, a unique tracking number can be sent to you via email in connection to your report. Keep it close if you have to contact us about that particular report.

📌 We may have to ask you extra questions. If you receive a message from us, please answer it promptly so that our team may proceed to analyze your case.

How to contact us

For any general question

You have a question about your account, a feature or the use of the App? Begin by reading our Help Center : the answer is probably already there.

Mention the subject of your question in your message to accelerate our handling of it.

For any general question – Business account

You have a question about your Jumboo X Business account, a feature or the professional use of the app? Begin by checking our Help Center: the answer is probably already there.

If it isn’t, you can write to: support.business@jumboo.io

Mention that you are a business account holder in your message so your request can be handled by the right team.

Technical issue or bug on the App

You encounter a bug, lag, display anomaly or softlock in the App? Send us a screenshot and a detailed description of the issue at: helpdesk@jumboo.io

Account recovery procedure on Jumboo

If you lost access to your account, here are the steps to safely recover it:

  1. Direct email contact For any specific assistance request, contact our team at: support.accounts@jumboo.io
  2. In-App password reset – Open the Jumboo App.
    – On the log-in screen, tap Forgotten password.
    – If double authentication is enabled on your account, you can input your secondary email to receive a verification code.
    – Enter the code received by email to confirm your identity.
    – Then reset your password by choosing a new, secure one.
  3. In case of impossibility to reset password If you no longer have access to your main email or your secondary email, you won’t be able to reset your password through the app.
    In this case, immediately contact the Jumboo team at: support.accounts@jumboo.io by explaining your situation in detail so we can help you recover your account.

Business account recovery procedure on Jumboo

If you lost access to your professional account (XBusiness), here are the steps to safely recover it :

  1. Direct email contact For any specific assistance request, contact our team at : support.proaccounts@jumboo.io
  2. In-App password reset – open Jumboo App – On log-in screen, tap “forgotten password”. – if double authentication is enabled, you can input your secondary email to receive a verification code. – Enter the code to confirm your identity, then reset your password by picking a safe new one.
  3. In case of impossibility to reset password If you do not have access to your main email nor to your secondary email, it is impossible to reset your password via the App. In this case, immediately contact the Jumboo team at : support.proaccounts@jumboo.io Please provide as much elements as possible to identify you as the account owner (organization name, profile URL, official documentation,…).

Emergency or critical situation (endangerment, exploitation, violence, etc.)

If any content puts someone in danger, shows violence or exploitation or depicts a dire and urgent situation, immediately contact our dedicated team : support.trust.safety@jumboo.io
Please include the link to the corresponding content, a quick description, any useful evidence (capture, video, witness account, …) and the tracking number if we gave you one.

Contact the moderation team after filing a report

You already reported content or a profile and wish to complete that report? Answer to the email listed in your confirmation message and add any useful information including the tracking number of the report so that we proceed with haste. For any other question, you can also write to : support.report.trust.safety@jumboo.io.

Contact the moderation team after account suspension

Your account has been suspended and you wish to get more information or challenge this decision? Directly answer through the email listed in your notification message and add all necessary details including a tracking number if we gave you one.

Security issue, identity theft or hacking

If your account has been compromised, or if someone pretends to be you (identity theft, fake profile, hacking,…), contact us immediately. We will guide you to secure your account : support.trust.safety@jumboo.io

Legal questions, copyrights, intellectual property

For any question pertaining to copyrights, intellectual property protection, unauthorized use of content, privacy or image protection, as well as any other legal question in connection with the App, please contact our legal team.

Child protection and reporting of content involving a child

If you encounter inappropriate content involving a child, immediately report it via the App. Reports involving children are handled in priority by our dedicated team. For any question or emergency situation, you can write to : legal.childprotection@jumboo.io
