1. External Sharing Settings

This setting allows you to authorize or block the sharing of your posts outside Jumboo via external links.

How it works:

• 🔵 On: Your posts can be shared outside the platform (social media, messaging apps, etc.).
• ⚪ Off: Your posts remain accessible only on Jumboo and cannot be shared via external link.

Consequences when turned off:

• The share icon under your posts will appear grey to indicate that sharing is disabled.
• In the post options menu (three dots), the “Share post” option will no longer be visible.
• All sharing-related notification settings will be automatically disabled.

Note: Sharing your profile (e.g. your account link) remains possible. This restriction only applies to individual posts.

2. Share Notification Settings

Choose whether you’d like to be notified when someone shares one of your posts on Jumboo.

How it works:

• 🔵 On: You’ll receive a notification every time a user shares one of your posts.
• ⚪ Off: You won’t receive any notifications related to post sharing.

Key points:

• If external sharing is turned off, sharing notifications are also automatically disabled.
• Turning on external sharing doesn’t automatically enable notifications: these are two separate settings.
• This gives you full control over the visibility of your posts and the alerts you want to receive.
