User Name Selection

Your user name is your public identifier on Jumboo. It allows others to find you, mention you, and easily recognize your account.

How to pick your user name?

• It must be unique on the platform.
• It can include letters, numbers, underscores (_), or dots (.).
• It cannot include spaces or special characters.
• Pick a name that is clear and easy to remember.

Change your user name

You can change your user name anytime from your account settings:

1. Go to Dashboard > Edit my profile
2. Tap the user name field
3. Enter your new user name
4. Save your changes

Tip

Using a user name that matches your real name or personal brand helps your community easily recognize your account.
