Your personal data (Business account)

This tab contains the personal information linked to your professional account on Jumboo. This data is essential to maintain account security, facilitate identification and guarantee a smooth experience on the platform. Some information can be edited, others will require further confirmation to maintain their integrity.

Information Related to Your Contacts and Security

  1. Main Email Address
    This is the address you used to create your account.
    It serves as your login ID and your main contact with Jumboo.
    This address cannot be changed directly from this page.
    For security reasons, any change must be done via the Two-Factor Authentication section, accessible through the link below.
  2. Secondary Email Address
    This address is used for two-factor authentication. It plays a key role in:
    • Boosting your account security
    • Recovering access if your main email fails
    To update this address, click on it directly – you’ll be redirected to the Two-Factor Authentication page.

    Important:
    • You cannot use the same email for both main and secondary fields
    • A verification code will be sent for each change, to confirm the update
  3. Phone Number
    This number was provided during the creation of your business account.
    It is manually validated by the Jumboo team, via a confirmation email sent to your main email.
    This number is used to:
    • Further secure your business account
    • Enable specific features for your professional profile
    This number is not publicly visible on the platform.
  4. Two-Factor Authentication
    You can access the 2FA settings via a link on this page.
    From that interface, you can:
    • Add or change your secondary email address
    • Enable or disable two-factor authentication
    • Protect your account from unauthorized access
    We strongly recommend enabling this feature for all business accounts.
  5. Delete Your Account
    A dedicated button allows you to permanently delete your Jumboo account.
    Warning: this action is irreversible. All your data will be deleted with no option for recovery.

    When you click the button, a confirmation pop-up appears:
    “Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is irreversible.”
    You will then be asked to confirm or cancel by selecting:
    • Delete my account
    • Cancel
